Hi, I'm Anshula

I've spent 12+ years designing complex B2C and B2B products across enterprise software, SaaS, retail, and startups.

The work I'm drawn to starts ambiguous: problems that don't arrive fully formed, where the real question only shows up once you dig in. I find that question, frame the product strategy, align business goals with user needs, and design the system that ships.

I work across product design and product management, with a focus on applying AI where it genuinely changes the product experience. Want to know more? Ask the AI assistant, it knows my work.

Securitas AB

Callouts Insight: turning raw data into operational decisions

Ops teams could see raw callout totals but couldn't tell where to act. I designed the KPI and reporting layer that turned fragmented data into a decision-ready view across 50+ markets.

Locate in Store: bridging online browsing with in-store stock

Customers couldn't trust that items shown online were actually in stock at their local store. I traced the problem to stale inventory data and paired an interactive map with real-time shelf scanning.

Prepaid Top-Up: designing flexibility without cognitive overload

Migrants sending prepaid recharge to family needed different things depending on who and why. I designed a system that offered that flexibility without forcing users to compare everything at once.

About

Systems thinking, shipped.

I'm a senior product and UX designer based in Stockholm. I solve complexity with simplicity. The products I've worked on, security operations platforms handling thousands of daily incidents, cross-border money transfers where a confused moment costs real trust, retail systems bridging online and physical inventory across markets, all share one thing: they're built on dense, high-stakes data that somebody needs to act on quickly and confidently. My job is to make that possible, and to build the kind of trust in the experience that keeps users coming back.

I work across product design and product management. Not as a generalist spreading thin, but because the problems I take on demand both: understanding what the business is really trying to achieve, defining what the product needs to become, and then designing the specific system, flows, hierarchy, and logic that gets it there. I treat product strategy and interaction design as one continuous discipline, not a handoff between two people.

AI has become integral to how I approach this work. At Securitas, I designed AI-assisted workflows that didn't just surface data but told operations teams what required their attention and what to do next. In my own process, AI accelerates how I synthesise research, test ideas, and move from ambiguity to clarity. It's not a feature I bolt on; it's how I think through problems faster.

I hold an MA in Design Management from De Montfort University and a BDes in Product Design from Symbiosis Institute of Design. Outside work, I mentor designers on ADPList and run communications strategy for Gurukool Kids, an NGO focused on educating underprivileged children.
